Introduction

The purpose of this document is to set out the terms of use of this website, as well as the conditions for purchasing products through it. Please read these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE and the PRIVACY POLICY carefully before using this website. By using this site or placing an order through it, you accept our Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

General information

In compliance with the information duty set out in Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), we inform you that ownership of this website corresponds to URBAN MAGPIE, with address for notifications at C/ Hermosilla, 48, 1 derecha, CP 28001 Madrid and email address info@urbanmagpie.net.

Use of the website

By using this website and placing orders through it, the user undertakes to:

• Use the website only for browsing products and placing orders.
• Not place any fraudulent or false order. If an order is reasonably considered fraudulent, URBAN MAGPIE is authorised to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.
• Have legal capacity to enter into contracts (the user declares they are at least 18 years old).
• Provide truthful and accurate contact details in order to ship orders.
• Accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

Personal data protection

URBAN MAGPIE informs users of this website about its policy regarding the processing and protection of personal data that may be collected through browsing or contracting services, via the Privacy Policy. You can access the Privacy Policy at any time on this website.

Purchase conditions

Service availability

Users can place orders for items offered through the website for delivery to most European destinations and other regions available via Printful. If your destination does not appear in the country dropdown when entering the shipping address, we cannot ship there at this time.

Language

The URBAN MAGPIE website is available in Spanish and English.

Product availability

URBAN MAGPIE manages production and shipping through a print-on-demand provider (Printful). Each item is made for you only after order confirmation.

Product prices and shipping costs

Product prices include applicable taxes, but do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total. URBAN MAGPIE reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the price in force at the time the order is placed.

The order summary will show the total product price (including applicable taxes) and the corresponding shipping costs, as follows:

• Flat rate within Europe: €4.95.
• Free shipping for orders over €80.

The shipping fee is set by URBAN MAGPIE. The costs charged by the production provider (Printful) may vary depending on the product and destination, but the total amount is clearly shown to the customer before completing the order. Shipping costs are borne by the customer without exception.

How to place an order

To place an order you must select the desired product(s). Once you have completed your selection, items are added to your cart. The next step is to complete checkout and payment by following the on-screen instructions. Only the minimum essential data required to complete the purchase and deliver the order will be requested. Before completing the purchase, you must expressly accept these conditions and the Privacy Policy.

The data recorded by the website constitutes proof of the transactions. The customer will receive a tracking link by email when the order leaves the warehouse.

During the process and before payment, you can modify order details. The order will not be finalised until the end of the process, which occurs when payment is made. Completing the order implies that you purchase and pay for the selected items and constitutes a binding commitment.

There are no purchase limits. The user may order any number of items, with no minimum or maximum established.

URBAN MAGPIE’s right to cancel an order

URBAN MAGPIE reserves the right to reject an order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.

URBAN MAGPIE also has the right to reject or cancel an order for justified reasons such as:

• billing details error (incorrect or impossible to verify),
• suspected card fraud,
• inability to deliver to the indicated address,
• reasons to suspect the user is not a final consumer,
• the user is under 18 years old,
• full payment has not been made.

Customer returns for change of mind and refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your order. In addition to legal rights, URBAN MAGPIE voluntarily offers a special customer service option for change-of-mind returns.

You may return most apparel items (except in cases of product personalisation) to obtain a full refund of the product price (shipping costs are not refunded) within 30 days of receiving the package, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in resellable condition.

Before sending any return, please contact us at info@urbanmagpie.net.

Returns will not be accepted if the item has been:

• used or washed,
• used beyond a reasonable try-on for size,
• damaged after delivery.

Original shipping costs are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

Returns for defective or incorrect products and refunds

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receiving the package and we will arrange a product replacement or a refund of the amount paid. In most cases, and where it is possible to demonstrate the defect or that the order was incorrect due to URBAN MAGPIE, it will not be necessary to return the defective item.

If the item is defective, misprinted, or does not match what was ordered, URBAN MAGPIE will cover the shipping costs of the replacement.

Returns for size changes

We recommend users review the size guide on the website before placing an order. If you still receive a size that does not suit you, you may use our 30-day return policy, provided the garment is unused, unwashed, and in resellable condition.

Please note we do not offer direct exchanges. It will be handled as a return and, once the refund is approved, you may place a new order with the size or colour you want. Return shipping and new shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

Payment method

You may pay by bank card or PayPal account. In both cases, the total amount of the order, including shipping costs, will be charged at the time of purchase. Payments are accepted in EUROS (€) only.

If paying by card and an incident occurs during the process (for example, the terminal indicates that the card is declined), the order will be automatically cancelled, and the system will inform the customer of the cancellation.

Card payments are processed through PayPal’s payment gateway (without needing to create a PayPal account). By selecting “pay”, the user confirms payment of the order and that the bank card belongs to them. To minimise the risk of unauthorised access, the card data will be encoded.

Cards are subject to checks and authorisations by the issuing entity. If the issuing entity does not authorise payment, the order will be automatically cancelled. More information is available at https://www.paypal.com/.

If you select PayPal payment, the payment will be carried out on PayPal’s platform following its instructions. Additional information is available at https://www.paypal.com/.

The order will be shipped to the address you provide once receipt of full payment has been confirmed.

Shipping and delivery

Products will be shipped to the address indicated by the user. We reiterate the importance of providing a correct shipping address.

From the moment the user places and pays for the order, shipping may take between 2 and 5 business days to be printed and prepared for dispatch, depending on the type of product and workload. Once shipped, the user will receive a tracking link by email.

Delivery times depend on the destination country and the carrier used by Printful. As a guideline, deliveries within Europe may take between 3 and 7 business days after leaving the warehouse. These timeframes are estimates. During holidays, sales, or transport incidents, shipments may be delayed.

For the purposes of these conditions, delivery will be deemed to have taken place when you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the products, which will be evidenced by signature upon receipt at the agreed delivery address.

Delivery failure (returned packages and incorrect addresses)

The return address indicated on the package corresponds to Printful’s logistics centre (not URBAN MAGPIE). Therefore, if a shipment cannot be delivered and is automatically returned, it will be received again at that centre.

• Incorrect or incomplete address: If delivery details are insufficient (for example, missing house number or incorrect postcode), the package will be returned to Printful’s logistics centre. URBAN MAGPIE will receive the notification and may arrange reshipment to the corrected address. Reshipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Unclaimed packages: If the customer does not collect the package and it is returned, it will arrive at Printful’s logistics centre. URBAN MAGPIE will receive notification and may arrange reshipment with additional costs. If no action is taken within a reasonable time, the package may be donated or discarded by the logistics centre and no automatic refund will be issued.

Order cancellation (Right of withdrawal)

The user has the right to cancel an order without giving any explanation. This is the right of withdrawal established by Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

To cancel an order, you may notify us by email at info@urbanmagpie.net. Please include your order details to help us identify it.

The statutory withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you and other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the order, or, if the order consists of multiple separate deliveries, 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you and other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the last delivery. However, URBAN MAGPIE voluntarily extends this withdrawal period to 30 calendar days.

Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the user must send the delivered products to URBAN MAGPIE at C/ Hermosilla, 48 1º derecha, CP 28001 Madrid (Spain), bearing the return costs. Please note that if you return items with postage due, URBAN MAGPIE is authorised to charge you the corresponding costs.

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to products returned in the same condition in which the customer received them. No refund will be made if the product has been used, is not in the same condition as delivered, or has been damaged after delivery. Please handle products with care while they are in your possession.

Products must be returned using or including all original packaging and all labels. Please do not remove labels until you are sure you want to keep each product.

Once we have examined each returned product, we will inform you whether you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. If the return includes the entire purchase, the correct procedure has been followed, and products are new and unused, we will refund the total purchase amount plus shipping costs within 14 days from the moment we receive the returned products.

If the return includes only part of the order, the correct procedure has been followed, and products are new and unused, we will refund the value of the returned products, excluding shipping costs.

Responsibilities

Access to and use of this website is the responsibility of users. URBAN MAGPIE does not guarantee against possible damages or losses that may arise from deficiencies or overloads of the data processing centre, nor damages that may be caused by third parties through illegitimate interference beyond URBAN MAGPIE’s control. URBAN MAGPIE is exempt from any liability in this regard.

Access to this website does not imply entering into any commercial relationship between URBAN MAGPIE and the user.

Products are made available to customers for domestic and personal use only, and customers accept that they will not be used for commercial, advertising, or resale purposes without prior authorisation from URBAN MAGPIE.

Non-liability cases

When placing an order, please note that URBAN MAGPIE is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays beyond our control.
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Carrier errors or loss of the package before confirmation.
• Minor colour variations between screen display and the final product.
• Allergic reactions to materials (material information is shown on each product page).

Website information and content

The information contained on this website is current as of the last update dated 15/12/2025. URBAN MAGPIE reserves the right to update, modify, or remove information on this website at any time and without prior notice. Such updates/modifications will not have retroactive effect. If you do not agree with them, we recommend you do not use the website.

Viruses, hacking, and other cyber attacks

You must not misuse this website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or any other technologically harmful material.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to our website.

Breach of this clause may constitute offences under applicable regulations. The competent authorities will be informed and we will cooperate closely to discover the attacker’s identity.

You will lose authorisation to use this website if a breach is detected and we will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from a denial-of-service attack, viruses, or any other technologically harmful material that may affect your computer equipment, data, or materials as a result of your illegitimate use of this website or downloading content from it.

Intellectual property and copyright

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks, and other industrial and intellectual property rights in the materials or content provided as part of the website belong at all times to URBAN MAGPIE. You may use such material only as expressly authorised.

Likewise, all illustrations, designs, texts, images, and content of the products are the property of URBAN MAGPIE or, where applicable, URBAN MAGPIE has the necessary authorisation.

Therefore, in both cases, website content and product content may not be used by users without URBAN MAGPIE’s prior and explicit consent.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Use of this website and purchase contracts through it are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from or related to such use and/or contracts will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
