These Terms of Service govern your use of the Urban Magpie website and your purchase of products. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Products
Urban Magpie sells artwork-based apparel and accessories. Designs are created using a blend of human creativity and trusted digital tools.
All products are fulfilled by our production partner (Printful), meaning items are printed on demand and shipped directly from their facilities.
3. Ordering & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- The information you provide (including shipping address) is accurate.
- You agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Payments are securely processed through PayPal. Urban Magpie does not receive or store your full payment card details.
4. Fulfilment & Shipping
All products are created and shipped by Printful. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on product type and demand.
Shipping time depends on the carrier and destination. A tracking link will be provided where available.
5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. If you change your mind or the item is not what you expected, you may return most apparel products for a full refund of the product price within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in resellable condition.

Returns are not accepted if the item has been:
- worn or washed
- used beyond checking fit
- damaged after delivery
Defective or incorrect items:
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund. In most cases, you will not need to return the faulty item.
Return shipping costs:
- If the item is unwanted (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is defective, misprinted, or incorrect, Urban Magpie covers the cost of replacement.
6. User Accounts
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information. We may remove accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, text, images, and website content belong to Urban Magpie. You may not reproduce or use any content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Urban Magpie is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays beyond our control
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Carrier errors or lost packages before confirmation
- Minor color variations between screen and print
- Allergic reactions to materials (full material info is listed on product pages)
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved under Spanish jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
